| Our core network is powered by redundant Cisco 7000 Series Routers, which we have been custom configured for BGP4 intelligent routing, to provide you with the fastest path possible, as well as instant failover, which makes certain that even if one of our Providers circuits goes down, our Internet connectivity is still maintained and your servers stay online. Each server is capable of multi-homed, burstable bandwith up to 100Mbit. Our Network Infrastructure is NOC monitored 24x7 to ensure optimal uptime. |

There is Video Surveillance throughout the facility, onsite security personel and a Card-Key Access system to protect against unauthorized access to the Data Center, and the Data Center is monitored and staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Escorted access can be granted at anytime. |

| Power Distribution Units (PDUs) supply the clean power from the UPSs to your rack or cabinet. The PDUs monitor power usage and allow each rack and cabinet to be individually breakered. |
| In addition, the PDUs are backed up by a massive Inline UPS system, which not only provides you with cleaned, conditioned power, but also completely elimates the need for a Rackmount UPS in each of the racks. We have a high-capacity Diesel Gas Power Backup Generator, which holds a 7 Day supply of fuel, and Refueling Contracts that ensures the Generator can run indefinitely. When you power up your Server, you can have confidence knowing that power will never be an issue. |

There is plenty of available, safe parking in the building parking structure, as well as the surrounding area. |

| As a courtesy, we provide monitor carts with a keyboard and mouse that can be used anywhere in the Data Center so that you don't waste space in your cabinet with unnecessary equipment. We also provide you with remote workstations so that you can run diagnostic checks on your equipment. |
| In addition, there is also a Server "Workroom", an area separated from the Data Center where you can spread out and work on your equipment as needed. Standard tools are available for use. |
